We purchase hot-rolled coils of corresponding grades on demand, and produce cold-rolled coils after pickling, cold rolling, electrolytic cleaning, annealing, and skin pass processes.
Step 2 – Galvanized and Galvalume Coil Production Process
Pre-Treatment Process, Annealing, Hot-Dip Galvanizing, Chemical Treatment, Inspection & Coiling of Cold Rolled Coil
Step 3 – Prepainted steel coil production process
Degrease the hot-dip galvanized coil through pretreatment, Apply primer, Curing, Cooling, Apply finish coat and other processes
